Meet Hugger. Hugger is a medium-size, neutered Lab-mix. Sadly, Hugger was placed in the pound drop-box. He was rescued, then his adopter decided she wasn't ready for the responsibility of a dog, who acted like a dog.... Hugger's only crime is being a love-bug.
